The Chief Financial Officer will spearhead the financial strategy and operations of z.systems, a fast‑growing tech startup revolutionizing retail across Africa. With a focus on sustainable growth, the CFO will oversee budgeting, forecasting, treasury, compliance, reporting, risk management, investment oversight, and stakeholder engagement. The role demands a seasoned finance leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to align financial strategy with business objectives. This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Casablanca, offering a competitive salary of 50,000–60,000 DH per month.

An Investment Analyst will evaluate opportunities across African markets, conducting market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking. The role involves building detailed financial models—DCF, comparable company, LBO scenarios—and supporting due diligence across financial, operational, and strategic dimensions. Analysts prepare investment committee memoranda, valuation reports, and transaction recommendations, monitoring portfolio performance and engaging with management teams. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business administration, with optional MBA, and at least six months of relevant experience. Strong Excel modeling, valuation, and analytical skills are essential, alongside excellent communication and an entrepreneurial mindset. Fluency in English and French is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
