Account Development Executive – Private Markets

About the role

This junior position is designed for finance‑focused graduates who want to work at the intersection of finance and strategic marketing. Based in our Rabat office, you will support the US market by providing market intelligence on private‑wealth investors and helping to maintain the elite‑only status of our Private Wealth Management Summit.

Key responsibilities

• Family Office Profiling: Conduct deep‑dive research on North American single and multi‑family offices to identify principals and chief investment officers.
• Investment Mandate Mapping: Analyse summit themes such as private equity, venture capital, real estate and digital assets to pinpoint active investors.
• Hyper‑Personalized Outreach: Design and execute data‑driven outreach campaigns via direct mail and LinkedIn targeting C‑suite investment professionals.
• Lead Generation Strategy: Collaborate with the North American Delegate Sales team to build high‑prestige prospect pipelines.
• CRM Intelligence: Master HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to capture and manage data on ultra‑high‑net‑worth communities.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Investments or a related analytical field.
• Genuine interest in private wealth and private markets.
• Strong analytical abilities to connect investment trends with responsible executives.
• Excellent English communication skills for professional business correspondence.
• Performance‑driven mindset suited to a fast‑paced environment.
