About the role
As an Account Optimization Manager for North Africa, you will work within a high‑performing commercial team to boost the competitiveness, availability and revenue of a portfolio of hotel partners. The role combines data‑driven decision making, contract negotiation and strong relationship management to deliver measurable performance improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Renegotiate commercial terms with hotel partners to increase availability, secure promotional offers and ensure competitive rates are correctly reflected in the system.
- Leverage data insights and dashboards to prioritise actions, monitor product performance and drive optimisation initiatives.
- Identify and secure additional inventory and new offers directly from hotel partners.
- Collaborate closely with the Contracting Manager to align strategies, share market insights and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain proactive, daily communication with assigned hotel partners to strengthen relationships and drive results.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable plans.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, capable of driving mutually beneficial agreements.
- Proactive, results‑driven and self‑motivated with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator in English, French and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in commercial, sales or account management roles, preferably within hospitality or travel.
Required skills
- Comfortable working with data and performance tools.
