AI/ML – Software Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Software Development Manager to lead a high‑performing team that builds intelligent solutions for Oracle ERP systems. The role combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills to ensure high‑quality code and innovative AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead developers and testers in designing, implementing, and testing software solutions.
• Drive the exploration, experimentation, and delivery of AI, Large Language Model, and Machine Learning solutions.
• Build and mentor a development team focused on AI and related technologies.
• Improve processes, sprint management, and code quality to increase team efficiency.
• Participate in architectural design reviews and guide teams on service capabilities and resiliency.
• Define functional specifications and support existing organizational information systems.
• Engage in code and test‑plan reviews when needed and create career development opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience in roles such as Developer, Data Scientist, or ML/AI Engineer.
• 2+ years of leadership or people‑management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to anticipate risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage project delivery.
