About the role

Artefact is a fast‑growing data service provider focused on data consulting and data‑driven digital marketing. As a Manager Data Scientist you will lead transformative data projects for clients while mentoring a high‑performing data science team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and conduct ambitious data transformation projects for clients.
• Raise the competency level of the data science team and mentor junior members.
• Collaborate with Activation, Creativity, and Strategy divisions to deliver comprehensive services.
• Develop privileged client relationships and support the transformation of their marketing departments.
• Manage project resources, ensure delivery, and communicate successes across the company.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in machine learning, mathematics, computer science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience delivering data‑driven solutions in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor teams.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with intellectual curiosity.
