Airline Sourcing Manager – Remote

About the role

Corpay is seeking an Airline Sourcing Manager to join its TA Connections division. Working remotely from anywhere in Europe, you will lead RFP processes for airline and cruise line clients, manage vendor relationships, and provide market intelligence to support accommodation and transport decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and property analysis for client accommodation needs.
• Run RFPs, negotiate rates and terms with hotels and transport providers.
• Finalize contracts, fee agreements, and ensure vendor compliance.
• Monitor market trends, identify risks and opportunities, and produce pricing comparatives.
• Prepare market intel reports for smaller cities and maintain supplier databases.
• Travel for hotel site visits and represent TA Connections with suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate DPAX sourcing activities, including port management, communications, reporting, and billing.

Required profile

• Full fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in aviation or hospitality procurement.
• Strong negotiation, financial acumen, and customer‑focused approach.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, and follow‑up abilities.

Required skills

• High‑level proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience using Zoom for virtual meetings.
• Ability to quickly learn new platforms and RFP tools.
