AMOA Project Manager (IT & Organizational Projects)

About the role

SALAFIN is looking for an AMOA Project Manager to lead the implementation of IT and organizational projects. You will act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that technology solutions meet operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the business side in defining project objectives and scope.
• Identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop test plans, conduct testing, and oversee user acceptance.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, verify deliverables, and ensure timelines are met.
• Analyze the impact of new solutions on existing work processes.

Required profile

• Master’s level degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project management or AMOA, preferably in finance or technology.
• Strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
