Analog Mixed-Signal Layout Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Analog Mixed-Signal Layout Engineer to join our international IC development team. You will work on next‑generation automotive and power‑management semiconductor products, focusing on the physical implementation of complex analog, mixed‑signal, and high‑voltage circuits.

Key responsibilities

• Develop analog and mixed‑signal IC layouts at block and module level.
• Implement high‑voltage and power‑management circuit layouts.
• Own individual macros and IP blocks within large‑scale IC projects.
• Support top‑level floorplanning and integration of analog blocks.
• Collaborate with analog designers, layout leads, verification engineers, and project teams.
• Perform DRC, LVS, and sign‑off activities, ensuring compliance with manufacturability rules.
• Optimize layouts for performance, matching, reliability, area, and parasitic effects.
• Contribute to IP reuse and new block development, and participate in technical reviews.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in analog IC layout design.
• Hands‑on experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, and AMS design environments.
• Proficiency in DRC, LVS, and physical verification sign‑off flows.
• Knowledge of BCD (Bipolar‑CMOS‑DMOS) technologies and high‑voltage circuit design.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned blocks.
