About the role

Join McKinsey’s Analytics Graduate Program and work on high‑impact projects for leading organisations worldwide. Over a 10‑month fixed‑term you will be embedded in client service teams, applying data, machine learning and emerging AI technologies to solve complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyse large, diverse datasets.
• Develop and prototype data‑driven solutions using machine learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for Fortune‑500 clients and innovative startups.
• Support the design and implementation of transformation initiatives that deliver lasting performance improvements.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (BAC+5) with up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity for solving ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus) and ability to work closely with clients.
• Commitment to McKinsey’s values and a collaborative, results‑oriented attitude.
