Full-Stack Developer – Production‑Ready Tools

About the role

We are looking for a production‑minded, autonomous, and disciplined Full‑Stack Developer to join our team. The role focuses on turning prototypes—including AI‑powered workflows—into secure, scalable production tools for our internal platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Tool hardening and development: build new features and optimize internal tools, converting prototypes into scalable, secure production applications.
• API and workflow integrations: integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Zhipu, Groq) and social‑media platform APIs (Meta, YouTube, X) using Python/Node.js and n8n.
• Security and infrastructure: implement basic security practices, manage Docker containers, and maintain SQL/NoSQL databases including Firebase.
• Sprint scoping and code review: scope backlog tasks, flag technical trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders, conduct peer reviews, and execute safe deployments with monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven track record shipping real‑world applications and taking tools from prototype to scalable production.
• Strong technical judgment, high autonomy, and ability to bring order and deployment discipline to fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical trade‑offs to non‑technical team members.

What we offer

• Base monthly fee of USD 900.
• Quarterly performance bonus up to USD 300.
