Android Mobile Developer

About the role

Here at Mindera Morocco we are building a high‑performing engineering team and are looking for an Android developer who can deliver native mobile experiences using the latest e‑commerce tech stack while maintaining world‑class product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Create exceptional native Android applications with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Collaborate directly with clients to ensure technical feasibility and own feature delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) and follow service‑oriented architecture principles.

Required profile

• Clear and effective communication in English.
• Approachable, self‑driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong team fit and a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Kotlin (Kotlin Multiplatform a plus).
• Jetpack Compose (Compose Multiplatform a plus).
• Coroutines and/or RxJava.
• MVVM or similar software architecture.
• Android Architecture Components such as ViewModel, LiveData, Room.
• Unit and UI testing, with a focus on test‑driven development.
• Performance optimisation, observability and metrics awareness.
