About the role
The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of Marrakesh Express Travel, ensuring smooth travel experiences for international journalists, broadcasters and golf‑related clients. Based in Marrakesh, this full‑time, on‑site position combines client‑focused service with internal coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations and travel logistics.
- Manage and optimise client itineraries, from booking to execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
- Supervise travel arrangements and support team members.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to strategic planning, marketing activities and partnership development.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in travel planning and itinerary management.
- Interest or knowledge of the tourism and golf sectors.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality or related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English; French or Arabic a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with business management software and tools.
