Associate Analyst – Data Solutions

About the role

Altus Group is seeking an Associate Analyst to join its Global Service Center. The role focuses on collecting, organizing, and validating commercial real‑estate data that powers Altus’ Intelligence as a Service solutions. You will work within a collaborative team, gaining exposure to real‑estate analytics while ensuring the accuracy of the company’s data products.

Key responsibilities

• Research, collect, and ingest commercial real‑estate data from multiple sources.
• Follow prescribed SOPs and SLAs to verify and update records in Altus Group databases.
• Review data discrepancies, request clarifications, and notify relevant team members.
• Proof‑read entries and compile information from diverse sources to reach accurate conclusions.
• Collaborate with teammates to confirm data requirements and support timely delivery.
• Escalate verification issues using appropriate internal and external resources.
• Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of the data repository.
