About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Baked Snack Brand Manager and lead the brand strategy for our baked snack portfolio. You will work with global and regional teams to drive sustainable growth, launch new products, and shape the future of snacking.

Key responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy for assigned baked snack brands, aligning with overall brand vision.
• Develop product and packaging concepts, pricing strategies, and integrated marketing communications.
• Plan and manage media and promotional campaigns to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Provide commercial plan recommendations and monitor performance against objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on new product development and platform opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering results in marketing, preferably within fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, brand positioning, and market dynamics.
• Ability to work autonomously, influence stakeholders, and manage projects from design to completion.
• Excellent analytical mindset combined with creative thinking.
• Effective presentation skills to convey compelling brand stories.
