Prompt Writer – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for creative writers who can shape the way advanced AI systems think, reason and respond. As a Prompt Writer you will design questions, scenarios and challenges that test AI’s reasoning, creativity and factual accuracy. The position is fully remote, flexible and paid on an hourly contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Craft original, diverse prompts across many topics, formats and difficulty levels.
• Design questions and scenarios that push AI’s reasoning, creativity and factual accuracy.
• Develop prompts that evaluate AI safety, consistency and response quality.
• Follow style guides and prompt‑writing frameworks to ensure consistency.
• Iterate and refine prompts based on feedback and evolving project requirements.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills and ability to write clearly on varied subjects.
• Curious mindset, enjoys exploring ideas and asking tough, lateral questions.
• Detail‑oriented, able to follow structured guidelines while adding personal voice.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No technical, AI or academic background required; a love of language is essential.
