Bilingual Service Desk Agent (English/French)

About the role

The Service Desk Agent provides bilingual (English and French) support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and peripheral issues via phone and electronic channels. The role ensures rapid resolution to maintain maximum uptime for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, investigate and resolve reported technical problems.
• Provide technical guidance through telephone and email support.
• Screen, refer and diagnose internal PC maintenance requests.
• Prepare help‑desk incident reports and assist in hardware/software evaluations.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely problem resolution.

Required profile

• University education, preferably a technical degree or Microsoft certifications.
• Up to two years of experience with Microsoft operating systems and Office applications.
• Experience delivering remote IT support.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Willingness to work shifts if required.
