About the role

The BOS Client Executive will drive growth of the Solution Area Business & Operations Support Systems (SA BOS) portfolio across Morocco. Reporting dotted‑line to Key Account Managers, you will lead sales, upselling and cross‑selling initiatives while collaborating with delivery heads and technical experts.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for the BOS portfolio, focusing on financial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for the BOS portfolio, from prospecting to contract closure and post‑sale lifecycle management.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with CIOs and C‑level executives in telecom operators.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, create customer roadmaps, and drive charge planning.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to achieve sales targets and ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

  • Minimum 10 years of IT sales experience, preferably in telecom, cloud or monetisation.
  • Established network of senior executives (VP, C‑level) within Moroccan telcos.
  • Proven track record of achieving $10M+ annual sales turnover.
  • University degree in Engineering, ICT or equivalent experience.
  • Strong commercial mindset, persuasive communication and executive presence.
