Business Analysis Intern

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Business Analysis Intern to support its global Transformation Development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high‑impact projects that improve the organisation’s ability to deliver for vulnerable children worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and analysing dependencies across the transformation portfolio.
• Support the creation of sub‑projects and feasibility studies to evaluate new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Portfolio Management Office to ensure robust project controls.
• Help document roadblocks and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Contribute to the development of benefit cases, cost assessments, and organisational impact analyses.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree programme (e.g., Business, Management, Public Policy).
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, global environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
