Business Applications Support Analyst

About the role

The Business Applications Support Analyst ensures the efficient deployment and ongoing operation of standard business processes and applications across sites and shared services. The role combines technical coordination with user training and support to maintain alignment with group standards while addressing local requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy standard business processes and applications within sites and shared services.
• Train and provide day‑to‑day support to business users.
• Maintain functional and technical coherence between group standards and local implementations.
• Collect business needs, specify, promote and pilot new features not yet covered by standards.
• Design and implement local solutions when necessary to meet specific requirements.
• Exchange best practices and knowledge with other business application analysts.
• Measure payback and benefits using physical indicators and track business performance against project IAR.

Required profile

• Experience supporting business applications and processes.
• Ability to train and assist end‑users effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset to collect needs and evaluate solutions.
• Good communication skills for knowledge sharing across teams.
