Business Controller

About the role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Business Controller will use financial data to analyse, interpret and report on the company’s performance. Based in Casablanca, you will ensure accurate reporting, support decision‑making and help prioritize initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Finance Manager by analysing financial data and preparing regular performance reports.
• Maintain a sustainable financial reporting process, providing key insights for management decisions.
• Conduct past and future performance analysis using financial models.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses to meet managers’ requirements.
• Execute cost‑analysis, enforce policies, and deliver forecasts to improve stock control.
• Coordinate schedules for financial reporting and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with the implementation of new reporting tools and techniques.
• Carry out additional finance tasks such as accounting and credit control as needed.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, business analysis or management reporting.
• Fluent in French; proficient in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
