Business Development Executive (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive new revenue streams, build strategic relationships, and expand our market presence. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, target markets, and emerging business opportunities.
• Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies using phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and present our solutions effectively.
• Qualify leads, manage opportunities through the sales pipeline, and prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of new deals.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM pipeline and track conversion rates, revenue forecasts, and market trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless business growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management with a track record of generating new opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

Required skills
