Business Operations Analyst

About the role

Join Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions FinOps team as a Business Operations Analyst. You will work within the Billing division, supporting the delivery of accurate multi‑cloud billing statements and collaborating with developers, data scientists, and other cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the end‑to‑end billing delivery process, handling data errors and support tickets to improve quality and timeliness.
• Identify and implement billing process improvements, including enhancing Excel reconciliation and detailed breakdown files.
• Assist the team in locating and resolving discrepancies in daily reports and data sets.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for automation initiatives.
• Work closely with technical teams—data scientists, developers, and stakeholders—to resolve data issues and create or improve reporting tools.
• Communicate proactively to anticipate potential data problems and contribute to workflow documentation.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate findings.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous, and able to work effectively within a team.
• Comfortable creating and improving documentation.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
