Business Operations Analyst

About the role

Join ArrowSphere, a cloud management and distribution solution, as a Business Operations Analyst within the FinOps team. You will work in the Billing division, collaborating with developers, data scientists, and other cross‑functional partners to ensure accurate and reliable billing data.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the delivery of billing and resolve data errors or support tickets to improve billing quality and timeliness.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and enhance Excel reconciliation and detailed breakdown files.
• Assist the team in locating and correcting discrepancies in reports and daily data.
• Analyze business needs, translate them into functional specifications for automation, and work with technical teams to implement solutions.
• Create and improve reports, anticipate potential data problems, and document workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous, and able to work effectively within a team.
• Comfortable creating and improving documentation.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
