Calibration Project Manager

About the role

The Calibration Project Manager will lead and coordinate calibration activities across multiple electrified propulsion system projects. You will ensure projects meet quality, cost, and schedule targets while driving cross‑functional collaboration and reporting progress to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead calibration projects, develop and maintain schedules, and monitor deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost tracking.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; coordinate escalation when needed.
• Facilitate cross‑functional team alignment and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare and present status reports, project reviews, and quality gate reviews.
• Track KPIs, monitor deliverable maturity, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain project data in Planisware and PLM systems; create dashboards and KPI reports using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or related engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of technical project management or project leadership experience.
• Experience in automotive or industrial product development is highly desirable.
• PMP certification is a strong asset.
