About the role

Equality Partners is looking for a creative and autonomous Cameraman / Video Editor to join its Marrakech team. You will be responsible for producing short‑form video content for social media platforms and corporate communication.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up and shoot video footage, managing lighting and sound on set.
• Edit and post‑produce videos, creating short formats for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels.
• Produce corporate content such as interviews, testimonials, event coverage and social‑media clips.
• Add graphic overlays, subtitles and sound design, and adapt videos to various aspect ratios.
• Organise raw footage and project files, and contribute to creative concept development.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with a strong eye for framing and storytelling.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality.
• Portfolio or show‑reel demonstrating relevant experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a professional video‑editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong knowledge of sound capture and lighting techniques.
• Understanding of social‑media video formats and platform codes.
• Basic color‑grading (color correction) skills.
• Motion‑design abilities are a plus.
