Chargé de développement EE

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Maroc is looking for a Chargé de développement EE to join its automotive engineering team. You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle of electrical components, contributing to innovative solutions for the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop electrical components across all development phases.
• Design and develop alternators, starters, fuses, relays, and Ecotech starters.
• Model battery TBT and develop 12 V converters.
• Create and maintain component development schedules, coordinating supplier and client activities such as design, validation, calibration, and factory delivery.
• Manage risk‑mastery plans and ensure project planning compliance.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (BAC+5) in electrical engineering, electrotechnics or power electronics.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar automotive role.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project planning tools.
• Experience using PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools.
