Civil Engineer – Design, Construction & Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our Engineering Management Department. You will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining critical industrial infrastructure such as production facilities, warehouses, roads, pipe racks, drainage systems, and equipment foundations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in civil engineering design and technical review for new, expansion, and retrofit projects, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
• Supervise on‑site construction activities, monitor quality, safety, and schedule adherence, and oversee foundation works, concrete pouring, waterproofing, and anti‑corrosion tasks.
• Support design and verification of foundations for heavy industrial equipment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Inspect and assess existing infrastructure (roads, drainage, pipe racks) and develop maintenance and improvement plans.
• Prepare and manage engineering documentation, technical reports, construction records, and as‑built drawings; assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of structural mechanics, reinforced concrete, foundations, and construction principles.
• Internship or first‑hand experience in construction, industrial projects, or infrastructure development is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM tools such as Revit (considered a plus).
