Client Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Support Specialist to deliver professional assistance to our customers, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience throughout the client relationship. Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate, timely information based on client needs and company procedures.
• Troubleshoot problems, offer effective solutions, and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, requests, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Monitor open tickets, ensure timely follow‑up, and identify recurring concerns for feedback to internal departments.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client support, customer service, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
