Customer Support Agent (Bilingual)

About the role

Are you passionate about helping customers navigate software solutions and resolving issues with confidence? Paystone is looking for a remote Bilingual Customer Support Agent to provide first- and second-level support to administrators and end users of Data Candy, our loyalty and gift card platform.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve incoming issues on first contact or, whenever possible, within the same business day.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to resolve open tickets.
• Report on service and support statistics on a daily and weekly basis.
• Implement changes to maintain and improve support KPIs.
• Place gift and loyalty card orders with third‑party card manufacturers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve customer issues.
• Customer‑service mindset with a passion for helping users and ensuring their success.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
