Commis Baker – Luxury Hotel in Rabat

About the role

We are looking for a Commis Baker to join the bakery team at Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr. Working under the Pastry Chef, you will help create a wide range of breads, pastries, viennoiseries and other baked goods for our luxury hotel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and follow established recipes for breads, pastries and viennoiseries.
• Operate and maintain bakery ovens, mixers and other equipment.
• Monitor baking processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Store finished products correctly and rotate stock to maintain freshness.
• Maintain a clean, organized and hygienic work environment in compliance with food‑safety standards.
• Support the overall efficiency of the bakery operation.

Required profile

• Experience working in a bakery or pastry environment, preferably in a hotel or luxury setting.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and work under the direction of the Pastry Chef.
• Commitment to high standards of quality, consistency, food safety and hygiene.
