Community Manager – Customer Care & Community

About the role

The Customer Care & Community Manager will be the main point of contact for residents, tenants and owners in Eagle Hills’ residential and mixed‑use developments. You will ensure a seamless end‑to‑end experience, from move‑in to daily service requests, while fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for all resident, tenant and owner inquiries, handling service tickets and ensuring courteous, timely resolutions.
• Monitor and improve resident satisfaction through surveys, feedback analysis and targeted initiatives.
• Plan, organise and execute community events and activities that encourage engagement and a sense of belonging.
• Maintain communication channels such as newsletters, notice boards and digital platforms.
• Manage the full complaints lifecycle, investigate issues, coordinate with legal, facilities and operations teams, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee handover, move‑in and move‑out processes, including inspections, documentation and resident orientation.
• Coordinate with homeowners’ associations, local authorities and service providers to ensure compliance with Moroccan co‑ownership regulations.
• Support the Facilities Manager in scheduling maintenance and addressing service disruptions affecting residents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community, resident services or property management within residential or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan co‑ownership and community governance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities, with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with facilities, legal, operations and external partners.
