Compensation & Benefits Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join Aeolon Renewable Energy Morocco’s HR team. The role supports payroll, compensation, benefits and HR reporting in a large industrial environment, ensuring compliance with Moroccan labor and social regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly employee entry and exit reports and update the organizational chart.
• Handle compensation matters, performance evaluations and HR inquiries within set deadlines.
• Participate in the implementation of compensation and benefits policy adjustments.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding procedures, including final settlements, payroll processing and attendance follow‑up.
• Prepare and analyse HR statistical reports and conduct monthly labour‑cost analysis.
• Generate monthly payroll reports, ensure timely salary payments and complete CNSS declarations.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in Human Resources, Management, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits and attendance management.
• Experience in large companies (500+ employees) and in an industrial setting such as manufacturing or chemical industry.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labour law, HR policies and social regulations.
• Solid understanding of payroll and compensation & benefits processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).
