Consultant Support en Administration SharePoint et OneDrive

About the role

As a SharePoint and OneDrive Support Consultant, you will join ALTEN's IT team to ensure the smooth operation of collaboration platforms for internal and client users. You will be responsible for administering SharePoint Online sites, managing OneDrive storage, and providing technical assistance across the Microsoft 365 suite.

Key responsibilities

• Administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, workflows and permission settings.
• Resolve technical incidents related to access, synchronization, file sharing and permission conflicts.
• Supervise data migration projects using tools such as ShareGate or AvePoint.
• Automate routine tasks with Power Automate and PowerShell scripts.
• Provide user training, create guides, and deliver Level 2/3 support in collaboration with Microsoft 365 teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities, contribute to the technical roadmap and analyse usage metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3) in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in SharePoint/OneDrive or Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Good technical English communication skills.
