Contracting Coordinator – EMEA (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role
G Adventures is seeking a Contracting Coordinator for the EMEA region on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. You will work closely with regional Contracting Specialists, Managers and other stakeholders to ensure that trip budgets and contracts are accurate, complete, and aligned with company objectives across all G Travel Community brands.
Key responsibilities
- Validate the accuracy and completeness of all trip budgets and related contracting documents.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to review and update trip budgets, communicating any changes promptly.
- Monitor cost inputs, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment with cost‑management objectives.
- Secure room blocks at the time of contracting and verify that system data reflects these allocations.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports to management, providing up‑to‑date financial and contractual data.
- Support the sourcing of new vendors and evaluate existing vendor relationships for cost efficiency and service quality.
Required profile
- Proven experience in contracting, budgeting, or vendor management, preferably within the travel or tourism sector.
- Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
