Corporate Customer Solutions Executive

About the role

The Corporate Customer Solutions Executive will act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, identifying business opportunities and delivering tailored logistics and transportation solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities within assigned corporate accounts and target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customers' business models, supply‑chain requirements and strategic objectives to propose customized logistics solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and solution workshops to showcase Aramex’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Pricing and Solutions teams to design and deliver proposals, quotations and commercial offers.
• Support contract negotiations and close business opportunities.
• Grow existing accounts through cross‑selling and upselling of Aramex products and services.
• Monitor customer performance, service levels and satisfaction to ensure long‑term partnerships.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
• Achieve individual sales targets, revenue objectives and key performance indicators.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and ensure prompt resolution of business and service‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Sales, Customer Relationship Management or Supply Chain are a plus.
• 2‑4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Customer Solutions, preferably within logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, courier or supply‑chain industries.
