Customer Service Associate

About the role

Hytech, a leading management consulting firm in digital transformation for fintech and financial services, is looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide frontline support to its global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email.
• Resolve issues related to products, platforms, and promotions.
• Handle feedback and complaints professionally.
• Record and update customer data and relevant information.
• Assist with documentation, administrative tasks, and translation of customer announcements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if needed.
• Fluent in French, Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Strong communication, logical and analytical problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
