About the role
Hytech, a leading management consulting firm in digital transformation for fintech and financial services, is looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide frontline support to its global client base.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email.
- Resolve issues related to products, platforms, and promotions.
- Handle feedback and complaints professionally.
- Record and update customer data and relevant information.
- Assist with documentation, administrative tasks, and translation of customer announcements.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if needed.
- Fluent in French, Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Strong communication, logical and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
