Customer Support Consultant – E‑commerce (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a proactive Customer Support Consultant to join its global e‑commerce support team. You will work remotely, assisting customers via email and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via email.
• Assist customers with shipping questions and return policies for damaged items.
• Resolve incomplete orders, modify items, and review or approve price adjustments.
• Respond to inquiries according to service level agreements and established procedures.
• Escalate complex or high‑priority issues to the appropriate internal team.

Required profile

• Excellent English (C1) – spoken and written.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and basic data‑entry, website QA, and operational support.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly, brand‑focused, empathetic tone.
• Strong multitasking skills, ability to follow SOPs and work independently.
• Personal laptop (minimum 8 GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
