Développeur Fullstack Java/React Senior (Back‑end)

About the role

ALTEN MAROC is looking for a senior full‑stack developer with strong Java Spring Boot expertise and solid React skills. The role focuses on backend development while contributing to full‑stack solutions for international clients in automotive, rail, R&D, IT, telecom and media sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Java, Spring Boot and React.
• Implement micro‑service and event‑driven architectures.
• Contribute to API management platforms and observability tooling.
• Participate in scaling, performance and reliability projects.
• Develop new services such as authentication, supervision and performance monitoring.
• Enhance monitoring and supervision tools.
• Own the full software lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment and run‑time support.
• Set up and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure code quality through unit tests, coverage, clean architecture and best practices.
• Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing applications.
• Drive continuous improvement of development practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Fluent communication in French, strong analytical mindset and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in an Agile SCRUM environment.
