Dutch‑Speaking Dispatcher – Logistics & Transport

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Dispatcher to join our team in Tangier. The role involves coordinating drivers and vehicles to meet customer demands while ensuring smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers or vehicles according to client requirements.
• Communicate daily with drivers, clients, and internal teams to confirm assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and deliveries.
• Monitor delivery progress and intervene to resolve delays or operational issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Dutch and a good command of French.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers and familiar with scheduling or operational tools.
