About the role
We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Dispatcher to join our team in Tangier. The role involves coordinating drivers and vehicles to meet customer demands while ensuring smooth operational flow.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch drivers or vehicles according to client requirements.
- Communicate daily with drivers, clients, and internal teams to confirm assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and deliveries.
- Monitor delivery progress and intervene to resolve delays or operational issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Native‑level proficiency in Dutch and a good command of French.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Comfortable using computers and familiar with scheduling or operational tools.
