About the role

Foundever Casablanca is seeking English‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a fast‑growing logistics project. The role is based in Casablanca and offers a permanent contract with a supportive, international team focused on delivering exceptional service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries in English, providing prompt and tailored solutions.
• Maintain a high‑quality customer experience throughout each interaction.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service standards and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organised, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Minimum 12 months of professional experience in any field.
