About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service and Sales Specialist to join our call centre in Casablanca. The role involves interacting with customers via chat and phone, resolving inquiries, recommending suitable products and ensuring complete satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in both English and French through chat and telephone.
• Diagnose issues, provide accurate solutions and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Promote company products and services, achieving sales targets while maintaining high service quality.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for helping people.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced computer environment, demonstrating good organization and time‑management.
• Motivation to actively sell and meet performance goals.
