EPC Catalog Owner

About the role

The EPC Catalog Product Owner is responsible for ensuring the Next‑Gen EPC catalog accurately defines product structures and attributes, supporting a seamless digital ordering journey. This role defines the catalog data model in line with TM Forum standards and drives functional capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Model and reflect business‑line products/offers in the EPC catalog, enriching them with hierarchy, marketing and finance codes.
• Manage the catalog population process to maximise content quality and collaborate with the Data Quality team on monitoring and remediation.
• Prioritise and manage the functional roadmap together with business stakeholders, IT teams and the EPC vendor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, IT, engineering, business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of telecom product management experience (product manager, product owner, epic owner, catalogue manager).
• Strong knowledge of B2B telecom products such as connectivity, cloud and IoT.
• Familiarity with TM Forum framework (especially SID) and SAFe/Agile delivery environments.
• Understanding of the lead‑to‑cash sales order process.
