About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the General Manager of our new Four Seasons hotel in Rabat. The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operation of the Executive Office and delivering exceptional experiences for VIP guests.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Handle all correspondence, including confidential and sensitive matters.
- Coordinate VIP guest bookings, arrivals, and personalized experiences.
- Support day‑to‑day operational needs of the hotel’s executive team.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for the Executive Office.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Highly organized, proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent judgment, discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong communication skills in English.
