Facility Coordinator (ANAPEC Contract)

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Facility Coordinator to oversee building service providers and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across its facilities. You will act as the primary point of contact for maintenance, cleaning, security, and related services, supporting a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise multi‑technical maintenance, cleaning, and security service providers.
• Handle daily operational matters and monitor service quality, reporting any discrepancies.
• Follow up on employee requests and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage parking and access‑control operations.
• Track technical interventions, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular inspection rounds to verify proper functioning of all areas.
• Provide operational reports to the Facility Manager.
• Assist in logistical coordination of internal needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/Bac+3) or equivalent.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in general services, facility management, or office space management.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, dynamic, and service‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to compose basic emails using Microsoft Outlook.
