About the role
We are looking for a Technician to help keep our clients’ equipment and software running smoothly. The role includes installation, maintenance, and client training.
Key responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment across the country.
- Diagnose issues and suggest effective solutions.
- Train clients on how to use both the equipment and the software.
- Update technical documents and write intervention reports.
Required profile
- Technician diploma or specialization in electrotechnics, electronics, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.
- Basic proficiency in French and Arabic.
- Punctual, organized, and detail‑oriented.
- Strict adherence to safety rules and internal guidelines.
- Self‑motivated with strong time‑management skills.
