French Bilingual B2B Sales Executive

About the role

We are the global leader in the design, manufacturing and distribution of industrial embroidery machines, heat presses, garment printers and related software. We are seeking a French‑bilingual B2B Sales Executive to drive high‑value deals, support customers and expand our market presence across more than 160 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound warm leads and proactively follow up with prospects.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and daily call volume goals.
• Negotiate and close deals with a customer‑centric approach.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system.
• Continuously improve performance through coaching and sales training.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in telemarketing or inside B2B sales.
• Proven track record as a sales closer with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Self‑driven, competitive and able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and apply coaching feedback.

Required skills

• Fluent communication in French and English.
• Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
