About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote, fast‑growing team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice calls and chat.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers through clear and empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
