About the role
Nestify is seeking a French‑speaking Sales Executive to expand its property portfolio in the French market. Working remotely from Morocco, you will convert qualified leads into signed property management contracts, helping international owners maximize rental income.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new properties for the French market and meet or exceed growth targets.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by closing leads provided by the company.
- Attend all sales appointments with prospective landlords.
- Handle a high volume of emails and calls with timely, professional responses.
- Prepare accurate property estimate quotes and professional service contracts.
- Keep CRM data up‑to‑date and accurate.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, or service selling.
- Fluent French (spoken and written) and advanced English proficiency.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation and customer‑relation skills.
